Napanutritionals.com will ship your order by USPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $5.10* for orders $50.00 and under (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination).
Fed Ex 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air
For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped Fed Ex 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (Orders placed after 3:00 pm do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., and then will be shipped within 24 hrs.).
International Shipments - Including Mexico & Canada
Customs will not allow our products to be shipped to France or Germany.

Cost
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $4.95. US currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Napanutritionals.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.
* Please Note: Orders are shipped by Fed Ex wherever possible. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m. Fed Ex shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. Fed Ex will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
** Please allow 3 weeks for delivery, except in some areas such as PR, where it may take longer.
Lost or Damaged Shipment

Return a Product
We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, return the unused portion (within one year of date of purchase) with a short explanation, and we will promptly refund your money.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using Fed Ex or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
